The project manager, in collaboration with project team, is responsible for determining what processes are appropriate, and the appropriate degree of rigor for each process.

Quality Assurance System
Goal: Applying the planned systematic quality activities to ensure that the project employs all processes needed to meet requirements.

HSE System
Goal: To provide a safe, secure and healthy environment for Project team.

Project Time Management
Goal: Planning project activities, optimizing resource allocation, monitoring and control of project activities and doing preventive and corrective actions so that the project is completed within approved time.
Tools and Procedures: common tools and techniques for project planning and control, Project Planning and Control Based on Earned Value Management System.
Project Cost Management
Goal: Planning, estimating, budgeting, and controlling costs so that the project is completed within the approved budget.

Procurement Management
Goal: Purchase or acquire appropriate products, services or results needed from outside of PCK. (Appropriate means in time, quality and cost)

Engineering and Design System
Goal: Performing basic and detail design, verifying outsourced designs and complying them with validated standards.

Goal: To coordinate executing activities.

Goal: Acquire appropriate personnel according to project needs, increase personnel efficiency and develop project team knowledge and skills.

Goal: Coordination between project team, stakeholders and suppliers, defining How, when, who and by whom data or information is generated or received.
