Belt System Concrete Coating Project
(2004 – Ongoing)
Scope: Design and Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Erection and Commissioning of a new Belt System CWC Line - Khorramshahr Coating Plant, Iran
Client: IOEC
1. It is the First plant in its kind, designed and constructed by Iranian Contractors
2. In this Project many contractors employed to perform engineering, civil, structural, mechanical, electricaland control, instrument and erection.
3. This Plant was established by PCK, with half price in comparison with similar foreign companies

Landing Craft Project
(2004 – 2006)
Scope: Construction of 10 Landing craft – Abadan, Iran
Client: Arvandan 3rd party: B.V.
1. Many new executive methods were made during this project, to facilitate Fit up and welding activities and increase work efficiency.
2. All Executive activities were examined and planned on Paper before execution.
3. By good training, usual fitters or simple workers upgraded to Code welders, certified by BV
4. Appropriate Traceability was undertaken for the first time in ARVANDAN
5. With good work definition and dividing works between work groups, we received maximum efficiency

Abouzar 1200 Project
(2002 – 2003)
Scope: Refurbishment of old and new accommodation of Abouzar 1200 – Asri, Bahrain
Client: IOEC
1. Abouzar 1200 is one of the most important pipe layer / crane barge in Persian golf. Its accommodation refurbished by PCK when it was converted to a pipe layer.
2. PCK designed new accommodation comply with SOLAS standard.
3. Several subcontractors and subsupliers were employed to accomplish this project.

1. To accomplish this project, PCK joint with Rosson Pipe Line Services, to transfer coating technology to Iranian contractors.
2. During this project about 500 staffs were trained to get specialized in different departments of Enamel and CWC plant.

Scope: Design and Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Erection and Commissioning of a pipe Enamel and CWC coating Plant – Khorramshahr, Iran

1. It is the First plant in its kind, designed and constructed in Iran; before establishment of this plant, Iran Oil and gas industry depended on foreign companies.
2. In this Project many contractors employed to perform engineering, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, control, instrument and erection
3. Despite numerous quantity of subcontractors, and various technical problems, this plant was established only within 4 months
